The School Pride/Landscape Committee organizes cleanups on the school grounds, designs, installs and maintains plantings of all types to make Nelson Place beautiful.

THANK YOU TO ALL THE FAMILIES THAT CAME TO THE FALL CLEANUP!!!

Things we hope to accomplish and that people can help with at any time:

  • cut down weeds in areas surrounding parking lot
  • weed/tend areas near the parking lot entrance (where bushes are)
  • pull weeds growing at various points through the asphalt
  • pick up trash all over school grounds
  • mow back field
  • sweep or blow wood fiber back into playground area
  • rototill wood fiber in playground
  • pick up branches in wooded headed to ball field
